On 17th, March 2022 on their Galaxy A event, Samsung have announced their new latest innovation of Galaxy A53 5G and A33 5G. The Galaxy A53 has a glossy frame, and the Galaxy A33 has a more muted frame, but otherwise these phones are fairly similar. The design coming with a tough corning gorilla glass 5 and IP67 water and dust resistance.
A 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display on the Galaxy A53 5G has a 120Hz refresh rate for an immersive experience, while the Galaxy A33 5G has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. More importantly, the new Galaxy A series has a 5,000-mAh battery and 25W Super Fast Charging, allowing for longer viewing, streaming, and other activities.
The quad-camera system on the Galaxy A53 5G includes a 64MP OIS camera with VDIS technology that captures clean and steady images every time. Meanwhile, a high-resolution 32MP front camera produces excellent photos and crystal-clear video calls.
The new 5nm Exynos 1280 chip makes its debut in the Galaxy A53 5G. Plus, Samsung has promised four years of updates to one UI and one OS upgrade and security update.
Beginning at April 1st, the Galaxy A53 5G will be available in select areas with the promising price of £399 (USD450), while the Galaxy A33 5G will be available on April 22 with the price of £329 (converting to USD410).
