Sony A7S3 seems support 4K/120p video shooting and use built-in cooling fan

A successor of A7S2 will probably arrive soon in CES 2020.

Sony, a Japanese tech giant, is one of the camera industry's leading manufacturers. Recently, a new patent indicates the company is working on a "portable camera vest". Consequently, A recent report now reveals Sony's new camera's first spy pictures. It should be a new Sony A7S3. The body is thicker than the previous generation, according to the pictures. The report also claims that this camera is likely to support the shooting of 4K/120p video.

A7S3 Leaked

According to SonyAlphaRumors.com, the Sony A7S3 prototype has a 4K/120p video shooting option and also uses a cooling fan system. Whether this camera will use Sony A7S3 or A7S4 is uncertain in terms of naming. The A7S4 is more likely because this camera uses a thicker frame than A7R4. Sony has also named its product like this before we've seen in the WF-1000X earbuds series by skipping number 2 and released WF-1000XM3.

Sony has stated repeatedly that it aims to meet the expectations of people for the A7S2's successor version, and having 4K/120p is a good point of sale. Another expectation is that there will also be a clearer screen.

Besides, the A7S3's EVF is bigger than the pictures of the Sony A7R4. This camera can be announced on January 7 at CES 2020. We're going to have to wait to see if this device comes in.
